EASY RETURNS POLICY

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may cancel your contract at any time up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. At your cost please return unused goods, along with your order number all original packaging, and any labels for a full refund or exchange. Please Note: We cannot accept returns for used, personalized, or custom fit products.

You must get proof of postage from your local post office or courier. It is highly recommended for high-value goods to use tracked and signed for service. If you fail to identify proof of postage then you are liable for any lost items.

We cannot be held liable for goods that fail to arrive.

Any free goods that came with the item you are returning for a refund should be returned if unused and in original packaging. If the free gift has been used then it should be kept and the value of the free gift will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you.
